• We ship across Canada.
• In-stock scents ship within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 2–7 business days.
• Preorder scents (marked Preorder on the site) ship in 3–4 weeks.
• Free shipping on orders over $99. Otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout.
• You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Preorders — pay when it ships

• There's no charge for a preorder bottle when you order. We save your card securely through checkout and charge the full price only when your bottle is in stock and ships.
• If your order mixes in-stock and preorder scents, we ship everything together once the preorder bottles arrive, so you get one delivery. Want your in-stock bottles sooner? Place them as a separate order.
• You can cancel a preorder free, any time before it ships. Just email us.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or any time before it ships. Email us and we'll sort it.

Returns — 15-day guarantee

If a scent isn't for you, email us within 15 days of delivery. We'll swap it for another scent or refund it, as long as the bottle is at least 80% full. Discovery boxes are final sale (that's what they're for).
